(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the policies of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase, and no price discount will be implemented for the products of small and medium-sized enterprises during the review. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
